Popcorn: A Great Sharing Snack

Popcorn is a really cheap and easy snack to prepare for all the family. Popcorn is fun to make and
really great to share. The best way to cook (pop your popcorn) is air popped. You do not use any butter, salt, oil or sugar.

Popcorn contains 8.3mg of zinc per 100g. This is a great mineral as it is responsible for over 200 functions within your body. There are only 30 calories in a cup of plain popcorn.

Try and cook some popcorn in this fantastic popcorn maker and let us know what you think.

Go on give it a go.

We would love to know what you add to your popcorn to make it as healthy as possible.

We have just bought a great little Popcorn Maker from Amazon. There is no oil needed so it produces a delicious low-calorie snack. It cost £19.95 with free delivery. Take a look here.
